These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and APIs provided by Blue Box Data ("we", "our"). By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Blue Box Data provides a unified gateway for accessing third-party AI inference providers ("Providers"). We do not own or operate the underlying models. Your use of any Provider's model is also subject to that Provider's terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable Provider policies, including all restrictions on illegal content, abusive use, and prohibited categories.
4. Fees and payments
Fees are described on the pricing page or in your order form. All fees are exclusive of taxes. Unused prepaid balance is refundable within 90 days of purchase.
5. Data
Your customer data is yours. We process it solely to operate the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and (where applicable) DPA. We never train any model on your data.
6. Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly set out in your enterprise agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
Governing law and jurisdiction will be specified in your final order form or service agreement.
