It started as a Google Sheet — a place to compare invoices from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google week over week. Within a few months, we noticed three things every team kept hitting:
- Provider rates moved more than markets do, but no one had time to chase savings.
- Routing across providers required gluey, brittle code that broke at 3 AM.
- Compliance and observability were always the last sprint, never the first.
